Information you choose to provide

If you join Fyn Nation, unlock the vault, sign in to sync NOTED. progress, contact us, or purchase something, you may provide details such as your email address, name, message, or order information. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by this website.

Analytics and advertising

With your permission, the site may load Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel. These tools help measure visits, understand how pages are used, and assess promotion. They are not loaded until you select “Accept”. You can decline without losing access to the website.

FYNCHORDS audio processing

When you use FYNCHORDS, chord and piano-key analysis happens in your browser. To create automatic lyrics, the browser converts the song into short audio sections and sends those sections securely to OpenAI for transcription. Ordinary uploads are not sent to FYNCHORDS storage. If you open the play visual, a temporary copy can be kept locally on your device so the next page can play it; it is replaced by the next local song. The site owner can explicitly save a song to the private creator library; this stores its audio, chord map and lyrics. A saved song is visible to visitors only when the owner chooses to publish it.

NOTED. progress sync

NOTED. works without an account and keeps progress in your browser. If you choose to sign in, a one-time code is sent to your email address and your training progress—such as note mastery, attempts, streaks and settings—is stored privately with Cloudflare so it can be restored on another device. The sign-in session uses a secure, HTTP-only cookie. Signing out removes that session from the device but leaves its local progress available.

How information is used

• Provide vault access, NOTED. progress sync, email updates and requested services.
• Operate the store, fulfil orders and respond to enquiries.
• Protect the site, prevent abuse and diagnose failures.
• Measure content and campaigns only when optional tracking is accepted.

Services involved

The website uses service providers including Cloudflare for hosting and security, OpenAI for automatic lyric transcription, Supabase for application data, Resend for email delivery, and Stripe or Printful when relevant to purchases and fulfilment. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Your choices

You can decline optional tracking, unsubscribe using the link in an email, or request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your email. Some records may need to be retained for security, transaction, or legal reasons.
